Automatic tofu production line – 500–1,000 kg dry soybeans/day

The tofu production line is designed and built by AMANKONG and processes 500–1,000 kg of dry soybeans per 8-hour day, about 1,250–2,500 kg of finished tofu per day (1 kg of dry soybeans gives about 2.5 kg of tofu). All equipment in contact with food is stainless steel 304; every machine in the line is a dedicated version matched to the others.

Line components

1. Automatic grinding – pressing – cooking system

• Soybean suction machine 1.5 kW, maximum flow 150 m³/hour
• 4 continuous stainless steel grinding and pressing machines, 3 kW each, 145 mm stones, stone gap adjusted by screw
• Automatic PLC control; stirring motor, gear motor, pumps
• Anti-vibration centrifugal press 0.75 kW

2. Automatic electric boiler 90 kW, stainless steel 304

• Steam output 125 kg/hour, vessel ∅550 x 1000 mm, 8 mm thick, 230-liter capacity
• Working pressure 4.0 kgf/cm², design pressure 6.5 kgf/cm², 380V power

3. Soaking tank for dry soybeans and finished tofu

• Dimensions 3200 x 1900 x 2200 mm, stainless steel SUS 304, 1.2 mm thick
• Automatic soaking by time and temperature with PLC

4. Pneumatic tofu pressing table

• 12 molds 550 x 365 x 110 mm (can be changed on request)
• 6 pneumatic cylinders SC80x300, 3 HP motor, 6.7 m long

5. Tofu flipping and cutting table

• Dimensions 3000 x 750 x 700 mm, stainless steel SUS 304

6. Mixing machine and automatic soybean soaking tower
