Privacy Policy

This page explains how AMANKONG (AMANKONG Technology Manufacturing and Trading Co., Ltd., tax code 2301152391, Doan Bai Village, Gia Binh Commune, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam) collects and uses your information when you use the amankong.com website. AMANKONG complies with Vietnamese law on personal data protection.

1. Information AMANKONG collects

AMANKONG only collects information when you send a request for advice or a quotation through the form or the chat window on the website:

Your name, phone number, Zalo number (if different), email and WeChat ID (if you choose).
The country you are in, how you prefer to be contacted, the type of request, the machine group / model you are interested in, your needs and notes.
The page you were viewing when you sent the request and how you reached the site (for example campaign parameters in the link) — so we know which product you are interested in.
Your consent for AMANKONG to contact you (the consent wording, its version and time) and, if you choose, your consent to join a Zalo group.

The website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising tools. It only keeps the visit source temporarily in your own browser (sessionStorage) for that visit and sends it only when you submit the form.

2. How AMANKONG uses the information

To contact you with advice on choosing machines, quotations, documents / drawings, technical and after-sales support related to your request.
To look after you while we discuss and fulfil your order.
Internal statistics to improve our products and website content.

AMANKONG does not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Storage and sharing

Your request is transferred to AMANKONG’s internal customer management system. The copy kept on the website is deleted automatically 30 days after it has been transferred successfully. Requests that could not be transferred are kept until AMANKONG staff have dealt with them. Website backups (used to recover from incidents) are kept for at most 12 months on a rotating schedule (daily copies for 30 days, monthly copies for 12 months), then deleted automatically, and are protected like the original data.
Only AMANKONG staff in charge of advice, sales and engineering use the information.
AMANKONG uses infrastructure providers (website hosting, storage, email, automation tools) to operate; these services only process data on AMANKONG’s instructions.
AMANKONG only provides information to authorities when required by law.

4. Website chat

When you send messages in the chat window on the website, AMANKONG stores the messages, the page you are viewing and any contact details you choose to leave, to advise and look after you. Messages may first be answered by AMANKONG’s AI assistant; AMANKONG staff take over when needed.

The full conversation is kept for up to 24 months. After that, AMANKONG keeps only a summary (who wrote, when and through which channel).

Remembering the conversation on your device. When you use the chat window on this website, we store a random code (a cookie) on your device for up to 60 days; it expires if you do not return within 30 days. It lets the earlier conversation reappear when you reopen the website, so that we can continue to advise you. This code contains neither your name nor your phone number. The conversation is kept to advise you and to look after you as a customer (retention as stated above); when it is shown again on your device, phone numbers and email addresses are partly masked. You can remove this memory at any time with the link “Not you? Delete the history on this device” in the chat window, or by clearing your browser’s cookies. This only removes the memory on your device; it does not delete the data you have already sent to us. To have your data deleted, please contact us through the Contact section.

The chat window uses a technical cookie: a short-lived cookie (it expires after 4 hours of inactivity, 24 hours at most) so that only this browser receives the replies of the conversation in progress. The chat session code is also kept only in your browser’s memory for that visit (sessionStorage).

5. YouTube videos

Videos on the website are played from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play a video, YouTube may collect data under Google’s policies. AMANKONG uses YouTube API Services to manage videos on AMANKONG’s own YouTube channel; this does not collect data about website visitors. 6. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by calling / messaging on Zalo +84 972 787 538 · +84 846 692 333, messaging on WhatsApp +84 972 787 538, or emailing cokhitrongtuyet@gmail.com. AMANKONG will handle your request as soon as possible.

7. Changes to this policy

AMANKONG may update this page when it changes how information is collected or used. The date of the latest update is shown at the bottom of the page.
